Healing Sounds: Yin Yoga with Eleni and Josh in Winterthur
A Yin Yoga afternoon with Eleni and Josh, accompanied by live handpan, guitar, voice and other sounds at yogamoves in Winterthur.
Why it caught our eye
Live music accompanies the yoga itself, giving you different ways to notice movement, vibration and stillness. The combination suits an afternoon spent listening inward rather than following a fast flow.
About this experience
Settle into a slower afternoon of Yin Yoga and live sound with Eleni and Josh at yogamoves in Winterthur. Gentle movement meets handpan, guitar, voice and other instruments, creating space to listen to your body as the music changes around you. The autumn gathering invites you to turn your attention inward. Rather than a concert to watch, this is time to experience quiet yoga and changing soundscapes together, from floating tones to grounded rhythms and moments of stillness.
What you can expect
Eleni and Josh bring Yin Yoga, gentle movement and live sound into the same room. Handpan, guitar, voice and other tones accompany the practice, with quieter passages as well as more grounded sounds. Eleni’s teaching draws on Hatha and Yin yoga; the invitation here is to slow down and explore the connection between body and sound.
