Ho’oponopono, Meditation and Reflection Online
Explore four phrases of forgiveness and gratitude through guided meditation, visualisation and journaling in an online workshop.
Why it caught our eye
The programme makes room for both a guided practice and time to write about it. Its six-part sequence turns a broad theme of forgiveness into specific activities.
About this experience
Set aside time to explore forgiveness and gratitude through a Ho’oponopono-inspired practice. Navpreetkaur’s online workshop centres on four phrases: “I’m sorry”, “Please forgive me”, “Thank you” and “I love you”. Guided meditation, personal reflection and journaling give the practice a clear shape.
What you can expect
Begin with grounding meditation and intention setting, then explore the four phrases and reflect on personal patterns. A guided practice is followed by visualisation, journaling and a closing reflection on one practical step. No previous meditation or Ho’oponopono experience is needed.
Good to know before you go
General admission is CAD 22.73 including fees. A promotional 2-for-1 tier is also available, selected in pairs; check the current offer and final total on Eventbrite. The published refund policy allows refunds up to seven days before the event.
