Holosomatic Experience in Brighton
Explore connected breathing, movement and intention-setting with InnerCamp founder Alexis Alcalá. Music through wireless headphones accompanies a guided group practice.
Why it caught our eye
The Brighton date offers a single afternoon with the method’s creator, without the commitment of a multi-day retreat. Connected breathing, movement and music are followed by integration, with practices to take home.
About this experience
This stop on InnerCamp’s Becoming Tour brings the Holosomatic Method to Brighton. Alexis Alcalá leads a workshop combining breathwork, bodywork, energy activation and manifestation. Here, manifestation takes the form of setting a personal intention; the session also includes movement and somatic touch. The practice moves through three stages: Reset, Activation and Expansion, followed by integration. Wireless headphones carry the music, and participants receive practices to continue at home. Beginners are welcome, subject to the organiser’s health restrictions.

At the Brighton Metropole, Alexis Alcalá guides a 3.5-hour workshop through Reset, Activation and Expansion.
