Holosomatic Experience in Stockholm

Explore connected breathing, movement and intention-setting with InnerCamp founder Alexis Alcalá. Music through wireless headphones accompanies a guided group practice.

Why it caught our eye

A chance to explore the method with its creator, with time for both guided practice and integration. The combination of movement, connected breathing and headphone-based sound gives the workshop a clear practical focus.

About this experience

This stop on InnerCamp’s Becoming Tour brings the Holosomatic Method to Stockholm. Alexis Alcalá leads a workshop combining breathwork, bodywork, energy activation and manifestation. Here, manifestation takes the form of setting a personal intention; the session also includes movement and somatic touch. The practice moves through three stages: Reset, Activation and Expansion, followed by integration. Wireless headphones carry the music, and participants receive practices to continue at home. Beginners are welcome, subject to the organiser’s health restrictions.

What you can expect

A 3.5-hour group workshop with Alexis Alcalá. Move through Reset, Activation and Expansion using breathing, movement, bodywork and sound. The format includes educational talks, intention-setting, guided integration and take-home practices.
