How to Meditate with Vinod at Jamyang
Explore mindfulness and loving-kindness in a beginner-friendly meditation class, in London or online.
Why it caught our eye
The space for questions after meditation makes this more than a guided sit. It gives people learning the practice a chance to talk through what they notice with an experienced teacher.
About this experience
Find a little room to pause and meet your experience with kindness. Vinod guides this separately bookable class within Jamyang’s six-week course, bringing mindfulness and loving-kindness together in a practice the centre calls Heartfulness.
What you can expect
Guided meditation is followed by around 15 minutes for sharing, discussion and questions. Mindfulness brings attention to the present moment; loving-kindness practises a friendly attitude towards yourself and others. Optional exercises help you continue between sessions, and complete beginners are welcome.
