How to Not Know: Yoga for the Uncertain
Meet uncertainty through Vinyasa yoga and coaching reflection, then continue the conversation over an included aperitivo in Milan.
Why it caught our eye
The pairing of movement and conversation offers a concrete way to explore mistakes, with space afterwards to hear how other people navigate them.
About this experience
We often say that mistakes teach us, yet making peace with them can be harder than the saying suggests. Francesca Fiore and Giulia Restelli join Divergens for an evening that explores this relationship through movement and reflection. Vinyasa yoga, a flowing style that links postures, opens the session to all levels.
What you can expect
After yoga, a coaching conversation explores how you respond when things go wrong and how your perspective shapes what you call failure. The evening continues with an aperitivo near Corso Como. A surprise guest, described by the organisers as a Disruptor, shares her own detours and listens to participants’ stories.
Good to know before you go
Bring a yoga mat, notebook and pen. The EUR 25 ticket includes the aperitivo. The yoga and reflection take place at Milano LUISS Hub, Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini. Tickets are non-refundable.
