I Miss Myself: Women’s Circle in Midtown
A small women-only circle with breath, reflection, listening, gentle movement and rest.
Why it caught our eye
The option to take part quietly, without pressure to speak, gives this small circle a gentler way into reflection and connection.
What you can expect
Expect guided breath and reflection, paired or group listening, gentle movement and time to rest. The circle is limited to twelve women, and no previous experience is needed.
Good to know before you go
Wear comfortable clothes you can lie down in. Tea is provided. The venue is in Midtown, two blocks from Penn Station; the exact address is shared after booking. The ticket is USD 40, and the current checkout shows the same USD 40 total. The organiser offers a full refund when cancellation is more than 24 hours before the event. The event page is in English; confirm directly if you need another spoken language.
What this is
This Midtown women’s circle makes room to notice parts of yourself that may have been crowded out by routines and responsibilities. Breath, reflection, listening, gentle movement and rest shape the evening; speaking is always optional.

Aliia hosts Return to Her, a small women’s circle in Midtown. She describes the work as a response to feeling distant from herself rather than positioning herself as a guru.
