Innate Goodness & Self-Forgiveness Workshop
Making peace with the past can mean looking honestly at what happened and finding a kinder way forward. This workshop explores self-forgiveness through the everyday work of taking responsibility, setting boundaries and changing how you speak to yourself.
Why it caught our eye
The connection between forgiveness and accountability gives this workshop its substance. Alongside self-compassion, it looks at “living amends”: making changes in how you act that reflect what you have learnt. It may resonate if you want to acknowledge past mistakes without staying caught in self-blame.
What you can expect
Organised by Hui (Ekajati) Reccow, this 2-hour Zoom workshop explores how to recognise hurtful or neglectful behaviour without turning that recognition into shame or self-punishment. The themes extend into daily life: treating yourself with greater care, setting healthier boundaries and making amends through changed behaviour. There is also a focus on forgiving others while respecting your own needs and acknowledging the harm that occurred.
Good to know before you go
The workshop recording is included, so you can return to the material afterwards. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.
