Why it caught our eye

The day connects Buddhist reflection with a familiar challenge: finding a constructive response when a conversation becomes tense.

What you can expect

Guèn Kelsang Jikgyob leads three teaching sessions, with simple guided meditations that you can revisit at home. The programme runs from 10:00 to 16:00, with a break for refreshments and a Lebanese lunch prepared by volunteers. The afternoon concludes with a final teaching session.
