Conscious Dialogue with Claire Chevalley in Vevey
Explore mindful listening and speaking with Claire Chevalley through meditation, walking, silence and shared dialogue.
Why it caught our eye
Listening and speaking become part of the meditation itself. The balance of silence and dialogue offers a concrete way to explore mindfulness in relationship.
About this experience
What changes when mindfulness becomes a shared practice? Claire Chevalley guides a day of Conscious Dialogue, bringing attention to the way we listen, speak and meet one another. Guided meditation, seated practice, mindful walking and teaching make room for both quiet reflection and exchange.
What you can expect
The day moves between meditation, walking and teachings, with silence outside the periods of sharing and instruction. Bring a picnic for lunch; tea and herbal infusions are provided.
Good to know before you go
The CHF 15 room contribution is paid on arrival. Teaching is offered through dana, a freely given donation. Mats and cushions are available, though the organiser also lists them among items to bring; check with Mudita if needed. Optional day parking cards cost CHF 6.
