Cacao Ceremony with Sound Bath: Arrive and Be
A small-group cacao ceremony in Oldenburg with heart meditation, essential oils, live sound and space to rest.
Why it caught our eye
The clearly described ritual, gentle live music, practical preparation and explicit health guidance make this a thoughtfully held small-group evening.
About this experience
Christina Kuhnert hosts an evening centred on ceremonial raw cacao, a guided heart meditation and gentle sound work. Musician Jelena Grzybowski accompanies the ceremony with an intuitive live sound journey, with time to lie down, listen and settle.
What you can expect
The group shares vegan cacao with oat milk, follows a heart meditation and an essential-oil ritual, then rests with singing-bowl sounds, intuitive live music, quiet and time to reflect. Mats, meditation cushions and blankets are provided.
Good to know before you go
