About this experience
RestEssBar Olten collects surplus food from local shops and distributes it free of charge. Its cleaning team looks after the reusable crates that carry the food. This practical role supports the project run by Olten im Wandel.
What you can expect
Clean folding plastic crates using water and a steam cleaner. The team provides an introduction. The advertised commitment is about two daytime hours every two weeks, for adult volunteers.
Good to know before you go
Participation is free. Work takes place at Gösgerstrasse 8, Olten, beside the main station. Apply by email to info@restessbar-olten.ch and agree your working times with the team. The recruitment information is in German.
