Sound in Motion: Singing, Yoga & Sound Meditation
A three-day Klanghaus course combining gentle yoga, singing bowls, chants and sound meditation.
Why it caught our eye
The Klanghaus is treated as an active resonant space rather than a backdrop, and the programme moves thoughtfully between movement, voice, shared singing and stillness.
What you can expect
The programme begins with a welcome and dinner on Friday, followed by an evening practice. Saturday includes morning and afternoon sessions, and Sunday closes with a morning session and lunch. Expect mindful asanas, breath, songs and chants from different cultures, and periods of quiet sound meditation.
Good to know before you go
The course is taught in German. It is open to all levels and no prior experience is required. The standard price is CHF 420; students and apprentices pay CHF 378, and KulturLegi holders CHF 210. Friday dinner and Saturday and Sunday lunches are included, as is an OSTWIND public-transport ticket. Accommodation is not included and must be booked separately. Registration is binding; cancellation charges follow Klangwelt Toggenburg’s terms. Optional ticket insurance costs CHF 7.60.
What this is
Sandra Sennhauser-Spörri and Christine Enz lead a three-day course at the Klanghaus in Unterwasser, bringing together gentle yoga, breath, singing and sound meditation. Singing bowls accompany the movement practice in the room and, if you wish, directly on the body, while chants and mantras open a shared space for listening and resonance.
