Klang im Kubik: Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation

Praxis Vitasonus offers a partly guided sound meditation at the Raum für Selbstwirksamkeit in the KUBIK building. Crystal singing bowls form the centre of the session, accompanied by gong, monochord, ocean drum and chimes. You can come simply to listen or to get to know these instruments.

Listen to a partly guided sound journey with nine crystal singing bowls and other acoustic instruments. The organiser lists instruments tuned to 432 Hz; this describes the programme, not a promised health effect. Bring your own mat and any blanket or cushion you would like.
