Sound Bath at Studio Blessing

Jessica Stabile’s group sound bath offers time to settle and listen at Studio Blessing. Singing bowls, tuning forks, Koshi chimes and other instruments accompany a quiet session experienced lying down. No previous experience is needed.

A meditation or body scan helps you arrive and find a comfortable position. Gentle sounds and breathing lead into a changing sequence of instruments and pauses. The sounds become quieter towards the end, leaving time to notice how you feel before returning at your own pace.
