About this experience
Settle onto a mat and listen as the gong fills the room. This one-hour sound bath is framed around the full moon and invites you to slow down and rest; the group is limited to ten.
What you can expect
The gong is played while you lie down and listen for 60 minutes. The session takes place at So Loveherb in Winkel, with space for ten people.
Good to know before you go
Bring comfortable clothes, an eye mask or cloth and water. Standard Liegeplatz tickets are CHF 40 and non-refundable; Eventfrog also lists a CHF 45.95 Flex ticket, refundable until 48 hours before the event less a CHF 0.69 fee. Not suitable with acute mental illness, epilepsy, implants such as a pacemaker, or during pregnancy; ask a physician if unsure. Parking at the venue is limited; additional parking at Seebnerstrasse 14 is about a 9-minute walk.
