Gongs, singing bowls and stillness in Chemnitz
A meditative sound journey with Anna and Jagad, listening from a soft mat as gongs, singing bowls and silence alternate.
Why it caught our eye
The simple setting leaves room to notice the changing textures of sound and the silence between them. Anna and Jagad’s shared sound work gives this evening a personal connection to the studio.
About this experience
Lie back on a soft mat and let sound and silence become your focus. Anna Grahl and Jagad Sven Hunger welcome you to YOGA ROOM Chemnitz for a meditative sound journey with gongs, singing bowls and other overtone-rich instruments.
What you can expect
The invitation is to listen, rest and turn your attention inward. Resonant instruments and quiet intervals shape the experience, with the November theme “Nebelmondin”, ancestors and rootedness. The organisers frame the evening around meditation and relaxation; their language of healing describes an intention, not a guaranteed effect.
