Kundalini Breathwork: Root Chakra in Zurich
A small-group evening combining Kundalini-inspired movement, breath, meditation and a guided breathwork journey.
Why it caught our eye
The source gives a clear sequence, a maximum group size of six and unusually specific health restrictions, so participants can assess the format before booking.
What you can expect
First-time participants are asked to arrive for an introduction at 18:30. The main session begins with an opening circle, moves into kriya, breath and movement, continues with breathwork and shavasana, and closes with integration.
Good to know before you go
The evening takes place at Jupiterhaus in Zurich and costs CHF 75 minimum, CHF 85 standard or CHF 95 support. It is not suitable during pregnancy or for people with diabetes or a history of brain haemorrhage. Contact the organiser in advance if you are unsure or have other health concerns. Booking closes on 15 November at 23:00 Europe/Zurich.
