What you can expect
After arrival, intention setting and an introduction, the activation lasts about 75 minutes. You rest on a mat while music and body-based prompts guide the practice, then have time to integrate and share.

Choose 18 September, 30 October, 20 November or 11 December 2026, 19:00–21:30; doors open at 18:40. H202 is at Hohlstrasse 202, Zürich. Standard tickets cost CHF 85, with CHF 60 Kulturlegi tickets and date-specific early-bird offers.
