Longevity Kitchen
A hands-on plant-based cooking course with nutrition scientist Petra Orzech and the Hiltl team.
Why it caught our eye
It combines nutrition context with hands-on cooking, so you leave with recipes and techniques you can use at home rather than theory alone.
What you can expect
The course begins with an aperitif and a practical introduction to the Longevity Kitchen. You will cook in a small team, share the finished meal, and receive the recipes and useful tips by email afterwards.
Good to know before you go
The course is taught in German and costs CHF 200 per person. Hiltl currently shows places available for 21 October 2026; booking closes on 18 October at 09:00 Europe/Zurich. Check the booking page for the latest availability.
What this is
Explore the idea of eating for long-term wellbeing through an expert introduction and collaborative cooking. Petra Orzech discusses foods in relation to cellular health, inflammation and brain function, then small teams prepare a multi-course plant-based menu and eat together.
