Mantra Chanting & Jewel Dance with Dechen Shak-Dagsay

A focused meeting of mantra, voice and simple movement, led by an artist with a long-standing connection to Tibetan musical and spiritual traditions.

The session includes an introduction to OM MANI PEME HUM, mantra chanting and simple Jewel Dance steps. Drinks and snacks are offered afterwards, and RUUM 8 remains open until 22:00.
