Why it caught our eye

The guided practices are designed to be repeated at home, while the optional brunch adds community time without being required.

What you can expect

Expect simple guided meditations, Buddhist teaching and practical advice on patience and perseverance. The practices can be repeated at home, no previous experience is listed as required, and brunch is optional. The organiser does not publish a detailed timetable, menu or dietary information.

Good to know before you go

Standard admission is CHF 24 for the teaching or CHF 36 with brunch. Eligible PG, PF and PFE pass holders pay CHF 7 for the teaching or CHF 19 with brunch; benefactor members pay CHF 12 for brunch. Register through the organiser's form and pay by bank transfer, QR code or cash at the centre. No booking deadline or capacity is published.

What this is

This morning at the Kadampa Meditation Centre in Geneva explores how patience and joyful perseverance can support spiritual practice, relationships and other demanding parts of life. Simple guided meditations are paired with practical Buddhist teaching on staying engaged when progress is slow or setbacks arise. Meditation and teaching are the focus. An optional brunch prepared by the centre's volunteers offers time to connect with the community afterwards.
