Meditation with Lharampa Tenzin Kalden in Winterthur
A half-day meditation module in Winterthur with Five Elements practice, posture, breath, mantra and concentration exercises.
Why it caught our eye
The programme combines a named teacher, a clear half-day structure and several concrete meditation methods rather than offering a vague introduction.
About this experience
Lharampa Tenzin Kalden guides an open morning of meditation at Yoga Academy Winterthur. The session draws on Buddhist practice while keeping the exercises practical and accessible for everyday use.
What you can expect
Practise a mindfulness-based Five Elements meditation, explore the seven-point seated posture, and work with simple concentration, breath and Om Ah Hung mantra exercises. The module also considers how to establish shorter meditation sequences in daily life.
Good to know before you go
The module is part of an ongoing Lu Jong teacher training but is open to all interested participants. The ticket costs CHF 45. Online cancellation is available until 24 hours before the 09:00 start.
