Mindfulness Meditation for Parkinson’s: Fall Series
A free six-week online mindfulness series for people affected by Parkinson’s and care partners, meeting on Wednesdays with Martha McJacobs.
Parkinson's Resources of Oregon via Eventbrite; creator and reuse licence not stated.
Why it caught our eye
We chose this for its accessible weekly structure and clearly named audience. The series offers a consistent guided practice without presenting mindfulness as a substitute for medical care.
What you can expect
Each 45-minute session includes guided mindfulness practice and space to work with attention, breath and present-moment awareness. After registration, a reminder email with the Zoom link is sent each week.
Good to know before you go
The programme is free and takes place online in English. Registration remains open during the series. Eventbrite displays a no-refunds policy, although no payment is required.
