We like that there is no fixed performance expectation: people can sing, move, speak, breathe or simply witness. The collection model and monthly rhythm keep the format open without disguising what the gathering involves.
What you can expect
Sonja Elina, Rainer Griefahn and the Open Heart Circle team hold the structure. Contributions arise from the group and may include singing, movement, sound, spoken reflection, play and periods of quiet.
How the gathering works
The facilitators hold a simple container while the content is shaped by those present. You can contribute through voice, movement, words or quiet attention; there is no requirement to perform.
Monthly rhythm
The gathering runs on the first Sunday of the month. Each date is a separate choice rather than a course that must be attended in full.
