Morning Gaga with Céline Barreau in Zürich

Let a physical sensation become a movement, then see where the next image takes you. Céline Barreau leads this Gaga class, a guided exploration of movement and bodily awareness. Her prompts build on one another, giving you room to improvise rather than follow a set dance routine. You can join whatever your dance or movement background.

Evocative instructions invite you to notice sensations and explore them through your body. As the prompts accumulate, the movement becomes layered and physically challenging. The emphasis is on your own exploration within a shared class, with imagination and attention woven into the dancing.

For ages 16 and over. Wear comfortable clothes and dance barefoot or in socks; bring water and a towel. Studio 1 is reached through nude café, and doors open ten minutes before the class. A single class costs CHF 30. The introductory three-class package costs CHF 60; the five-class pass costs CHF 125. Prices include taxes. Eventfrog lists sales until the class ends.
