Mother’s Healing Circle with El Fort
Find company in motherhood through reflection, mindful movement and optional sharing in a small online circle.
Why it caught our eye
The circle gives participants a choice about how to take part: speaking and being visible are optional. Agreements, movement and reflection frame a gathering focused on supporting each person rather than giving parenting advice.
About this experience
Bring your experience of motherhood or caring for children into a supportive online circle with El Fort. The gathering makes room for reflection, mindful body awareness and connection with people navigating their own journeys. Its themes include somatics, which explores experience through the body, and matrescence, the transition into motherhood.
What you can expect
The 90-minute Zoom circle begins with a welcome, agreements and introductions, followed by a somatic drop-in and movement. Sharing and reflection lead into movement, integration and a close. El guides the group, and you may participate quietly or off camera.
Good to know before you go
USD 19.98; refunds up to one day before. The organiser welcomes people born female, those identifying as women or non-binary, or anyone who has or once had a uterus. This includes new, expectant, bereaved, rainbow and hopeful mothers, grandmothers and people caring for children through family, work or community. El says sessions are not recorded, contact details are not shared and what is shared stays in the circle. You may use a Zoom pseudonym.
