Mothers’ Sharing Circle with Vici

An intimate online circle for mothers to speak, listen and make space for their own experience, with no advice or pressure to share.

Why it caught our eye

The small group and clear listening agreements make room for mothers’ own voices. Optional sharing offers a gentle way to join even when words are hard to find.

About this experience

What would you like to say if nobody needed you to fix anything? Vici’s circle welcomes up to six mothers to talk about what is present in their lives, whether it concerns their children or something entirely different. Joy, difficulty and uncertainty all have a place.

What you can expect

Settle with a few deep breaths, introduce yourself and say a little about how you arrive. Those who wish can then share while the others listen, without comments, advice or attempts to fix things. Each contribution is followed by thanks and a pause. You may simply listen; nobody is called on to speak.

Good to know before you go

For mothers at every stage, including expectant mothers, stepmothers and mothers who have lost a child; babies in arms are welcome. What is shared must stay confidential. Join from a private room where others cannot overhear, or use headphones. Download Microsoft Teams beforehand; the link comes after booking. Join five minutes early: late entry is not allowed once the circle opens. It lasts up to an hour and needs at least three women; if fewer have booked 24 hours beforehand, the organiser cancels and refunds everyone. The £5 ticket includes fees, with the remainder donated to TreeSisters. Email the organiser if cost is a barrier. The programme says tickets are non-refundable except organiser cancellation, while Eventbrite also shows a seven-day refund window; confirm terms before booking. If you cannot attend, tell the organiser so your place can go to someone else.
