Move & Melt: Reformer Flow & Sound Bath

The clear transition from active movement to supported stillness gives this session a thoughtful rhythm, while the small Reformer-studio setting keeps the experience focused.

Expect a dynamic but accessible Reformer sequence followed by time lying on the mat with crystal singing bowls. The workshop is listed for all levels. Monica leads the session; grip socks are required, while mats and blankets are provided.

The workshop takes place at Ritmo Reformer Studio in Uster and costs CHF 65. Booking is binding and non-refundable, although the place may be transferred to another person after prior arrangement.

Move from focused Reformer work into deep rest. This 90-minute workshop begins with a 50-minute full-body flow for strength, stability and mindful movement, then shifts to the mat for a 30-minute crystal sound bath.
