Online Mysore Practice with Ilse Bahnsen
Explore Ashtanga yoga at your own pace with Ilse Bahnsen’s online Mysore class, bringing attention to movement and breath.
Why it caught our eye
Individual guidance within a self-paced practice gives you room to explore how the sequence fits your own body and breath.
About this experience
Mysore is a way of practising Ashtanga yoga in which each person follows their own sequence and pace, with individual instructions from the teacher. Instead of moving through a class in unison, you gradually learn a practice suited to your capacities and needs. Ilse Bahnsen offers this session online through Lulo. The emphasis is on mindful movement, breathing and developing a personal practice. Regular attendance or practice at home is recommended.
What you can expect
Personal Ashtanga practice with individual guidance, rather than a continuously led group sequence. Ilse is available during the advertised teaching period.
Good to know before you go
Register by 8 p.m. on the evening before class, using Swiss time. A single class is CHF 35 and available on request. New students should contact Ilse at ilse@lulo-atelier.com before booking. The CHF 25 discovery class is for newcomers already familiar with Mysore who have a personal practice; a separate three-class introduction is available for beginners. Confirm the appropriate pass and online joining details with Ilse.
