Nada Yoga Lab at Resonance Lab
Explore the yoga of sound through your own voice, breathing and attentive listening in a small group with Sabine Stücheli.
Why it caught our eye
The voice becomes the instrument of this meditative practice. The combination of making sound and listening offers a tangible way to explore Nada Yoga, with short exercises you can also bring into everyday life.
About this experience
What can you discover by listening to your own voice? At Resonance Lab, Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound, brings together vocal exploration, breath and body awareness. You are invited to sound, listen and notice how the voice resonates in the body.
What you can expect
Sabine Stücheli guides a small group through work with the speaking and singing voice. Simple exercises and short sound rituals offer ways to explore breathing, bodily awareness and attentive listening. Beginners and experienced practitioners can join; each lab has its own focus, so you can enter at any session.
Good to know before you go
Reserve your place through the organiser’s RSVP page. A single session costs CHF40; a six-session pass costs CHF200 and is valid for six months. Pay on site in cash or by TWINT.
