New Year Yoga Retreat 2026/27
A four-night Satyananda yoga and meditation retreat in Trogen, with daily Hatha yoga, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, mantra and vegetarian full board.
Why it caught our eye
The clearly published programme combines sustained practice with quiet time, mindful walking and shared vegetarian meals, led by two experienced Satyananda yoga teachers.
What you can expect
Arrive from 15:00 on Wednesday 30 December; Yoga Nidra and the introduction begin at 17:00. From 31 December to 2 January, practice starts at 06:45 and includes mantra, asana and pranayama, with later sessions in meditation, Yoga Nidra, Hatha yoga, talks and contemplation.
Good to know before you go
All times are local to Trogen (Europe/Zurich, CET). Current normal prices are CHF 895 in a double room or CHF 985 in a single room; four nights, three vegetarian meals per day and the full programme are included. Travel is individual and not included. The early-booking rates ended on 30 September 2026. No final registration deadline is published, and the live form currently offers both room types. The organiser page and form are in German; no explicit spoken-language statement was found.
