NeuroSomatic Yoga NSY® Online Information Evening

A free German-language introduction to the NeuroSomatic Yoga training, with Silke Taute, a short practice and time for questions.

Why it caught our eye

It offers a practical, no-cost way to meet the lead trainer, sample the method and ask questions before considering the longer training.

What you can expect

Expect a German-language Zoom session covering the training structure, principles and possible professional applications. A short guided NeuroSomatic Yoga practice gives a first-hand feel for the approach; this information evening is educational and is not therapy or medical treatment.

Good to know before you go

Participation is free, but advance booking is required. The Zoom link appears in Eversports My Bookings 15 minutes before the start. You may keep your camera off and use initials. The session is intended for yoga teachers and therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, people in supporting professions, and yoga-experienced participants interested in the topic.

What this is

Meet Silke Taute online for an introduction to the NeuroSomatic Yoga training. The evening explains how the programme brings yoga together with perspectives from neurobiology, body psychology, developmental psychology and trauma-informed bodywork, and includes a short NSY practice plus an open Q&A.
