Nikolaus Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls

The clear sequence moves from embodied arrival into sound and silence, with an explicit welcome for people who have never tried meditation or a sound bath.

This small-group sound bath offers a quiet pause from everyday demands. Anja Warnecke-Bi combines gentle body and breath awareness, guided meditation and the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, leaving space to settle and notice what is present.

The hour begins with shared arrival and soft body and breath awareness. A guided meditation leads into a lying-down crystal-bowl sound journey, followed by a short period of silence and a gradual return.

Tickets start at EUR 14.50 and range to EUR 29. Mats and blankets are provided. Wear warm, comfortable clothes; an eye pillow is optional, and bring a small head pillow if needed.
