Nourish + Regulate: Seasonal Wellness with Sara and Eloise
Explore autumn and winter through Traditional Chinese Medicine ideas, chakra teachings and guided practices with Sara McCready and Eloise Goodwin.
Why it caught our eye
The session connects a seasonal theme with guided practice and questions, giving participants room to explore the hosts’ ideas and consider which routines suit their own lives.
About this experience
How might your routines change with the colder months? Sara McCready and Eloise Goodwin bring two perspectives to this online workshop: seasonal ideas from Traditional Chinese Medicine and chakra-based spiritual practice. Designed for women carrying demanding responsibilities, it offers a space to consider nourishment, stress and everyday habits.
What you can expect
Learn about autumn and winter in Traditional Chinese Medicine, seasonal nourishment and the seven chakras, understood in the hosts’ spiritual framework as energy centres. Guided practices, practical exercises and a question-and-answer session accompany the teaching. No prior knowledge of either tradition is needed.
