Creative Journaling with Marie-Soleil Rouillard
Explore thoughts and feelings through writing, drawing and collage in independently bookable creative journaling evenings in Balzers.
Why it caught our eye
Paper, colour and collage offer several ways into personal reflection. The changing themes leave room to follow your curiosity without needing an established journaling practice.
About this experience
Put the screen aside and give your thoughts a little space on paper. Marie-Soleil Rouillard guides creative journaling at Haus Gutenberg, using writing, drawing, colour, images and collage as ways to explore what is alive for you.
What you can expect
You can experiment without needing to write or draw well, and without aiming for a perfect result. The four evenings move through arriving and letting go, noticing your senses and spontaneous impulses, exploring relationships, and looking back with gratitude. Each evening can be attended on its own.
Good to know before you go
An individual evening costs CHF 68; the full four-evening series costs CHF 200. When registering, specify whether you want the whole series or individual evenings. The nearest bus stop is Balzers Mälsnerdorf; parking is available on Elgagass.
