Why it caught our eye
Clear arrival guidance, a sliding scale and a structured closing period make the session unusually practical, while explicit safety and preparation notes help participants decide whether it fits.
What you can expect
Newcomers join at 8:00 pm for instructions and a technique demonstration; returning participants may join at 8:15 pm. The journey includes gentle movement, grounding breaths, Conscious Connected Breathwork, 5–10 minutes of rest, and optional journalling or sharing. Keep your camera on during the breathing practice so Brenna can support you.
Good to know before you go
This English-language Zoom session is for adults and requires no previous experience. Sliding-scale places cost GBP 11, 18 or 25; community-rate spaces are limited. Prepare a quiet space with a mat or bed, pillows and a blanket, and avoid alcohol, caffeine and heavy meals beforehand. The organiser asks people with the listed heart, neurological, blood-pressure, pregnancy, mental-health, lung, surgical, stroke, eye or asthma considerations to check suitability with a doctor or contact Brenna before booking.
What this is
Brenna Duncan leads a 90-minute online Conscious Connected Breathwork circle designed to support slower breathing, body awareness and nervous-system settling. The session combines guided breath, gentle movement, music and relaxation in a small Zoom group.
