Online Breathwork: The Power of Your Ancestors
A guided online group session combining connected breathing, reflection and gentle preparation for people new to breathwork.
Why it caught our eye
The programme explains both the practice and its safety limits clearly, while offering an inclusive online setting and practical accessibility support.
About this experience
Svenja Tasler leads a 90-minute online group session with around 30 minutes of guided breathwork. The practice combines breath awareness, intentional breathing and connected breathing, followed by time to settle and integrate.
What you can expect
Expect an introduction, guided breath techniques including connected breathing, quiet integration and a supportive group format. You can practise seated or lying down, and the camera may be switched off during the breathwork.
Good to know before you go
The session costs EUR 20 and is held in German on Zoom; the source states no booking deadline. Consult a doctor first if you are pregnant or have cardiovascular or blood-pressure issues, epilepsy, glaucoma, limited lung capacity, Type 1 diabetes, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. Do not join under alcohol, drugs or other consciousness-altering substances, or while taking anti-psychiatric medication. This is not medical treatment; tell the facilitator about regular medication or chronic illness before the session.
Accessibility
Live transcription in Zoom can be requested from the organiser.
