Illuminating Hearts: Somatic Breathwork Online
A 90-minute Zoom session with guided connected breathing, body awareness, music and a quiet moment to integrate.
Why it caught our eye
The programme explains the breathing practice, includes a pause to rest and gives practical notes for joining from home, so you can see what the session involves before booking.
About this experience
Arthur and Lucero lead a live 90-minute session centred on conscious connected breathing. The published programme also includes guided somatic awareness, music, grounding, a resting pause and optional sharing. No previous breathwork experience is required.
What you can expect
You'll be guided through connected breathing and body awareness with music, followed by integration and rest, with sharing offered as part of the programme. Set up a quiet, private space and a comfortable place to lie down, such as a mat, bed or blanket. Headphones are recommended; keep water nearby. Participation is voluntary, and you can pause or take breaks.
Good to know before you go
The currently displayed General Admission ticket is $33 plus a $4.05 fee, $37.05 total. The session is online via Zoom and welcomes beginners. The organiser notes that active connected breathwork can bring strong physical sensations and emotions. It may not be appropriate during pregnancy or for some cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological or psychiatric conditions. If you have health concerns, consult a healthcare professional before taking part. This is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
