Parent & Toddler Kirtan: Mantra Singing Together
A mantra-singing circle for parents, babies and toddlers, with little instruments and moments of quiet.
Why it caught our eye
The little instruments and short quiet pauses give young children ways to take part alongside their parents in a shared singing practice.
About this experience
Bring your little one into a circle of song at nandalayoga. Kirtan is a shared practice of singing mantras, short spiritual phrases repeated in music. This gathering makes room for parents and young children to explore the sound together.
What you can expect
Sing mantras and pause for brief moments of silence. Children can join in with shakers or drums. The gathering is designed especially for ages 0–3; older children are welcome if you feel they would enjoy this kind of circle.
Good to know before you go
CHF 25 covers one parent and one child; an additional family member costs CHF 10. The CHF 0 ticket is labelled for a previous absence, rather than general free entry. Book through Eventfrog. Doors open 15 minutes before the start; ring the nandalayoga buzzer.
