Introducing Mindfulness: Pause, Notice, Respond
Explore attention and everyday responses with Louloua Aita through three weekly online mindfulness sessions.
Why it caught our eye
Each meeting builds on the last, while short daily practices give you something concrete to explore between the group conversations.
About this experience
What changes when you pause long enough to notice your experience? Louloua Aita guides this three-week introduction to mindfulness: practising attention to the present through guided exercises, reflection and discussion.
What you can expect
The course moves through three themes: training attention, exploring different ways of being with experience, and noticing the difference between reacting and responding. The framework draws on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, often shortened to MBCT. Between meetings, you are invited to practise for around 15–20 minutes a day, supported by guided audio and written materials from the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. Beginners and people returning to practice are welcome.
Good to know before you go
One GBP 95 booking covers all three live Zoom meetings. Joining details arrive before the first session. Attendance at all three is recommended; the small-group format encourages cameras on where possible. Refunds are available up to seven days before the course.
