Pawanmuktasanas & Yoga Nidra with Jacqueline Soede
Bring slow, mindful yoga movements together with a guided lying-down meditation in this workshop with Jacqueline Soede.
Why it caught our eye
The transition from slow movement to a guided meditation offers two ways to explore bodily awareness within the same practice.
About this experience
Begin with movement that asks for attention rather than speed. Jacqueline Soede guides Pawanmuktasanas, a sequence of simple yoga exercises that links bodily movement with awareness, before turning towards the stillness of Yoga Nidra. The workshop welcomes beginners as well as people with an established practice.
What you can expect
Explore slow, accessible body and energy exercises with attention to movement and the joints. Yoga Nidra follows as a guided meditation and relaxation practice, with around half an hour spent lying on your back.
Good to know before you go
The workshop takes place in Alinga Yoga’s Sonnenraum. Book through Eversports; online cancellations are possible until 24 hours before the start.
