A specific local habitat benefits from a day of shared work. Cutting reeds and managing vegetation helps keep the pond open and supports its biodiversity.
What you can expect
Georgina Brandenberger leads the work. Help cut and stack reeds and trim vegetation around the pond. The current programme also includes unveiling a new information board.
Good to know before you go
Meet beside the pond on Brunisbergstrasse. The listed finish is approximate. Wear weatherproof clothes and sturdy shoes or boots; bring gardening gloves. Other tools and refreshments are provided, with lunch at the worksite or Klinik Schlössli café. Participation is free. Register at info@nvmu.ch or by SMS to 079 501 70 36.
