PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is an intensive, guided breathing experience. The published programme combines dynamic breathing techniques with electronic music and conscious presence. The organiser describes this as a two-hour in-person session at ImPuls Lounge Erfurt.

Bring a folded blanket or firm cushion, an extra blanket, comfortable clothing and water. The organiser says no prior experience is required. The session is in German.

The organiser advises people who are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe cardiovascular disease, untreated high blood pressure, psychosis, elevated eye pressure or glaucoma, a past stroke, a clinical anxiety disorder, or recent surgery not to take part. If unsure about your health, consult a doctor beforehand and tell the course lead. Avoid a heavy meal for about 1.5 hours beforehand.
