PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®: At the Threshold
Explore a moment of transition through guided breathing and music with Romy Schnabel.
Why it caught our eye
The threshold theme gives the practice a particular focus, with music, active breathing and a resting phase providing different ways to explore it.
About this experience
What sits between what has been and what is beginning? Romy Schnabel’s online Halloween session, “An der Schwelle” (At the Threshold), invites you to explore that question through PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®, a guided practice using active breathing and music.
What you can expect
Romy Schnabel guides the breathing practice with music, with the active phase mainly seated. At the end, you can remain sitting or lie down for a period of rest. The theme is the in-between: noticing where you are now and what may be taking shape, without needing to have an answer ready.
Good to know before you go
The ticket is EUR 30. The organiser excludes participation during pregnancy or with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy or other seizure disorders, central nervous system conditions such as stroke, glaucoma or retinal detachment, acute psychological crises, anxiety disorders, psychosis or other severe psychiatric diagnoses, or recent surgery or injury. Contact Romy beforehand and seek medical clarification if unsure. The session does not replace medical or therapeutic care.
