Radical Rest: Restorative Yoga & Gong Bath at The Wild Box
Supported restorative yoga flows into a live gong and sound meditation in a warm Bristol studio.
Why it caught our eye
The body is given time to settle in fully supported poses before the live gong meditation begins. This two-part sequence offers a practical route into deep rest without requiring previous yoga experience.
What you can expect
Bolsters, blankets and blocks support restful poses, followed by time lying comfortably while sound fills the room. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed, and mats and blankets are provided.
Good to know before you go
For ages 16+. Do not attend if you have a pacemaker, extensive metal implants, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Eventbrite lists tickets from £28; the organiser-linked Dandelion route lists £35 general admission and a limited £18 concession. Free parking is available and doors open ten minutes before the session; check your chosen booking page for availability and the final total.
What this is
Slow down with supported restorative yoga before settling into a live sound meditation with gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other instruments. Basia Zerucha and Magdalena Lesiak guide the two parts together at The Wild Box in Bristol.
