Morning Yoga, Meditation and Breath in Svätý Jur
Begin with stillness, explore breathing and move into yoga with Silvia Wagnerová at Centrum Holubica. Attendance is by voluntary contribution.
Why it caught our eye
The opening meditation gives this morning class a thoughtful starting point, with time for both focused breathing and movement before the final rest.
About this experience
Make space to notice how you arrive before moving into the day. Silvia Wagnerová opens this morning practice with a short meditation, followed by pranayama, the yogic practice of working with the breath. The session includes kapalabhati, a more active breathing technique using rhythmic exhalations. You then move through a sequence of asanas, or yoga postures, and finish with a brief relaxation. The exercises are explained and adapted to participants’ abilities, so you can join as a beginner or with some experience. The class brings quiet attention, breathing and movement together in one compact morning practice.
What you can expect
A short opening meditation leads into breathing exercises and a sequence of yoga postures, followed by a resting close. Silvia explains the exercises as you go and adapts them to the group. You don’t need previous yoga experience.
