A Mindful Winter Pause in Leipzig’s Rosental
Step outside for a small-group practice of slowing down, breathing and noticing nature in Leipzig’s Rosental.
Why it caught our eye
The invitation is concrete and unhurried: step into the winter landscape and give the senses time to notice what a working day can rush past.
About this experience
Leave the busy rhythm of the day behind for a while and turn your attention towards the woods. This guided outdoor gathering in Leipzig’s Rosental invites you to slow down, breathe and notice both your body and the natural world around you. The colder season is part of the experience, with its quieter landscape and changing light.
What you can expect
Meet at the Vorderer Grillplatz Rosental and walk together to the practice location. The gathering makes space for attentive breathing, bodily awareness and experiencing nature through the senses. The organiser allows 75–90 minutes and keeps the group to a maximum of nine people.
Good to know before you go
Participation costs EUR 26, paid in cash on site. Reserve through the booking page before sales close at noon on 2 November. Wear clothing suited to the weather, consider whether you can participate safely outdoors and follow the guide’s safety instructions.
