Reflective Writing for Counselling and Psychotherapy
Explore journalling, unsent letters and writing from images with Emma Garrard and Dr Jeannie K. Wright in an online CPD workshop.
Why it caught our eye
The range of writing approaches gives professionals several ways into reflection. Journalling sits alongside unsent letters, dialogue and poetry, with two facilitators whose work centres on writing and therapeutic practice.
