What you can expect
The 1-hour session includes a five-minute orientation, 10–15 minutes of guided meditation, 20–30 minutes of silent distant Reiki and a five-minute grounding close. You are invited to turn your camera off and lie down. Eventbrite sends the Google Meet link before the session.
Good to know before you go
